I was going for a broken glass effect here, though I'm not sure I was terribly successful in the attempt.
I figured it fit the SCHISM logo nicely, and the fractured mind of a powerful women theme.
I got into a Madelyn Priyor/Jean Grey hole after watching X-Men '97 so that explains that.
